Shipping policy

Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accessible and that someone is available to receive UPS or USPS shipments. Safety Glasses USA cannot be held responsible for shipments to businesses or facilities that are closed. A rerouting fee may be charged if UPS is unable to deliver your order.

Free Shipping

For a limited time, we're offering free shipping on most online orders over $100.

Standard shipping times are usually 3 to 7 business days from the time your order is shipped, depending on your shipping address. This does not include processing time.

*Terms & Conditions:

  1. To qualify for free standard shipping, your order must be placed online and total $100 or more before any taxes or fees.
  2. Orders placed with the standard shipping option must be able to receive deliveries from all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc)
  3. Standard shipping applies only to locations in the contiguous (48) United States. Orders shipped through the Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO), to international addresses or locations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Palau, and US protectorates are not eligible for free shipping.

    Order Processing Times

    In-stock orders placed before 12:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day. In-stock orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.

    Order Updates & Tracking Numbers

    Customers will receive email notifications when their order is received and shipped. Customers may also check the status of their order by visiting our Order Status page. *UPS uses tracking numbers, and USPS uses Delivery Confirmation numbers. It's the customer's responsibility to conduct initial research into lost packages.

    Backorders

    Orders containing items on backorder will NOT ship until all product(s) are available. Customers will be notified of extended backorders (more than 14 days) and will have the opportunity to amend their order.

    Shipping Address Corrections

    Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any potential address correction fees. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $6.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS and USPS and, unfortunately, must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.

    Military APO/FPO Shipping

    USPS Priority Mail is the only method we use to ship to an APO or FPO address. And, although we are happy to ship to our men and women overseas, the US Postal Service will NOT provide delivery confirmation for such packages. It is at the customer's risk to have a package sent to an APO address.

    Once an APO/FPO shipment leaves our warehouse, we have no way to prove delivery or track the package. On rare occasions, our experience has shown that a package can take 4-12 weeks to reach its APO/FPO destination.

    Safety Glasses USA cannot be responsible if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until the customer provides an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a 2nd shipping charge. *If you are unsure of these terms, may we suggest you have the package sent to a domestic address first, for you to have it forwarded to the APO or FPO location.

    International Shipments

    International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or tariffs beyond our control. International customers are responsible for these fees if incurred; they will NOT be included in the shipping price. Please see our International Sales Policy below for more details. We reserve the right to cancel any international order for any reason.

    *Please note, the number assigned to the First Class International package is a Customs label, rather than a Tracking number, and as such, does not carry scanning requirements. Any scans you may receive on such packages would be courtesy scans from USPS personnel.

    International Sales Policy

    Canada, Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Guam, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Marshall Islands, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

    *Oakley brand products are available for US sales only. We will ship only to destinations in the United States and to US military bases. Oakley items on orders shipping outside the US will be removed before the order is processed.

    Payment:

    • International orders are required to pay via major Credit Card, PayPal, or Wire Transfer.
    • Wire Transfer payments will incur a $50 fee and may not be available for some locations.
    • Purchase orders are not accepted

    Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs:

    The purchaser is responsible for paying all tariffs, taxes, or other import fees that may be required. These costs are not included in the estimate and are beyond our control.

    Back Orders For International Orders:

    If the products you require are out of stock, we will let you know when they are expected to be available. International orders will only be shipped complete.
