Medical Face Shields
This section is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of safety eyewear that's appropriate for medical use. Depending on the medical application, eyewear options are nearly endless. The products in this section are designed to offer moderate level protection from fluids, and are not considered appropriate safety eyewear for other applications requiring heavier splash, particle, UV or impact protection.
Reusable frames + Disposable shields = Resposables. TIDI products allow you to cut costs while remaining compliant. They offer optical-grade protection against the splash and splatter of blood-borne pathogens and other potentially infectious materials, including H1N1 and other pandemic threats.
Please note that the lenses and shields are made of an optical grade polyester film. While they meet OSHA's requirements for splash or spray protection, they DO NOT meet the ANSI standards for impact protection, and should not be used in such an environment.
