COVID-19 Shipping Updates

We are communicating daily with manufacturers and working hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, with the unprecedented demand for PPE products, inventory levels are changing rapidly, and shipping delays may occur as logistic systems become overwhelmed. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about inventory levels or an existing order's status.

*Please note, both USPS & UPS are experiencing shipment/delivery delays that are outside of our control as a result of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. Priority Mail and First-Class packages may experience delivery delays due to limited transportation availability.

Please ensure the location of the shipping address you provide will be open, and someone is available to receive UPS shipments. Safety Glasses USA cannot be held responsible for shipments to closed businesses or facilities. A rerouting fee may be charged if UPS is unable to deliver your order.

Free Shipping Qualifications

The following criteria qualify for *Free Domestic Ground Shipping.

*Free Ground Shipping is eligible for shipping addresses in the lower 48 US States only. Safety Glasses USA reserves the right to ship via the most economical method available. Please ensure your shipping address can receive deliveries from the United States Postal Service before selecting a free shipping option.

Order Processing Times
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. In-stock orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.

Orders containing items on backorder will NOT ship until all product(s) are available. Customers will be notified of extended backorders (greater than 14 days) and have the opportunity to make amendments to their order.

Order Updates & Tracking Numbers
Customers will receive e-mail notifications when your order is received and shipped. Customers may also check the status of their order by visiting our Order Status page. *UPS uses tracking numbers and USPS uses Delivery Confirmation numbers. It's the customer's responsibility to perform the initial research for lost packages.

Shipping Address Corrections 
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any potential address correction fees. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $6.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS and USPS and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier. 

Military APO/FPO Shipping 
USPS Priority mail is the only method we use to ship to an APO or FPO address. And, although we are happy to ship to our men and women overseas, the US Postal Service will NOT provide delivery confirmation for such packages. It is at the risk of the customer to have a package sent to an APO address. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no way of proving delivery, nor tracking the package. On rare occasions our experience has shown that it could take 4-12 weeks for a package to reach its APO destination. Safety Glasses USA cannot be responsible if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until such time that the customer provides us with an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a 2nd shipping charge. *If you are unsure of these terms, may we suggest you have the package sent to a domestic address first for you to have forwarded to the APO or FPO location. 

International Shipments 
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes or tariffs beyond our control. International customers are responsible for these fees if incurred, they will NOT be included in the shipping price. Please see our International Sales Policy below for more details. We reserve the right to cancel any international order for any reason.

*Please note, the number assigned to First Class International package is a Customs label, rather than a Tracking number and as such, do not carry scanning requirements. Any scans you may be receiving on such packages would be a courtesy scan from USPS personnel.

*Oakley items are available for US sales only. We will ship only to United States destinations and US military bases. Oakley items on orders shipping outside the US will be removed before the order is processed.


- International orders are required to pay via major Credit Card, PayPal, or Wire Transfer
- Wire Transfer payments will have a $50 fee applied to the order
- Purchase orders are not accepted

Duties, Taxes and Tariffs:
The purchaser is responsible for paying all tariffs, taxes or other import fees that may be required. These costs are not included in the estimate and are beyond our control.

Please allow up to 3 business days for freight quotes once your information has been provided. *Please note that shipping estimates are only valid for 30 business days.

Back Orders For International Orders:
If the products you require are out of stock we will let you know when they are expected to be available. International orders will only be shipped complete.
