I dropped them while I was taking a break, meanwhile small pebbles and dirt were burying them into the ground. I found the glasses submerged into the dirt. I pulled them out, dusted them off and wore it for the rest of the hike. Not a scratch on the lens. I am very impressed with the glasses ability to block out sunlight while still leaving room to see clearly. Most of the time I do not realize I have them on; they are very comfortable. It's a low point that it is not also fog resistant but it makes up for it in style, efficiency, durability and comfort.
