McGreevyFebruary 12, 2007I have had a couple pair of your glasses for 5 years and broke both of them in the last 4 to 5 months. I was distraught! I loved those glasses. So, I took a flyer and put in Smith & Wesson safety glasses (I knew they were safety glasses because I had received them on a plant tour). Amazingly, there you and they were. I quickly ordered three pair and was severly disappointed when they arrived that in my hasted I had ordered "clear" sunglasses. I called your number and a young lady said "no problem and let's get the correct ones ordered". Three days later they were in my hands and I'm really happy with the service and the glasses. By the way, I normally don't take time to do something like this, but felt you should know a) your eyewear is great and b) your service and ease of purchase equally as great. Keep it up; if I break, lose or scratch these, I'll be back for more.
