FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping applies to domestic orders of $100 or more and is done via ground service through a carrier of our choice. Free shipping does not apply to customers in AK, HI, PR or international destinations, however we do offer affordable shipping rates to these locations. *Due to special handling requirements, custom imprint orders do not qualify for our free shipping policy.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
In-stock orders placed before 2:00PM EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. In-stock orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.
Orders containing items on backorder will NOT ship until all product(s) are available. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order, but may be subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will receive a confirmation e-mail after the order is placed and a second e-mail when their order is shipped.
ORDER UPDATES & TRACKING NUMBERS
Customers will receive e-mail notifications when your order is received and shipped. Customers may also check the status of their order by clicking the TRACK YOUR ORDER link found in the "INFO CENTER" menu at the top of our website. *No tracking number is available with USPS. Therefore, if a package is lost it is the customer's responsibility to determine its whereabouts.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $10 address correction charge. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $6.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS and USPS and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.
MILITARY APO/FPO SHIPPING
The US Postal Service is the only courier we use which will ship to an APO or FPO address. And, although we are happy to ship to our men and women overseas, the US Postal Service will not provide delivery confirmation for such packages. It is at the risk of the customer to have a package sent to an APO address. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no way of proving delivery, nor tracking the package. Our experience has shown that it could take 4-12 weeks for a package to reach its APO destination. Safety Glasses USA cannot be responsible if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until such time that the customer provides us with an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a 2nd shipping charge. *If you are unsure of these terms, may we suggest you have the package sent to a domestic address first for you to have forwarded to the APO location.
UPS GROUND DELIVERY TIMES
Please note that SGUSA is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes or broker fees that may or may not be charged to your shipment. The fees are the responsibility of the customer. SGUSA also reserves the right to adjust shipping costs if necessary. The customer will receive notification if this is required before the order ships.
GROUND SHIPPING CARRIER CHANGES
SafetyGlassesUSA.com reserves the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer for Ground delivery service.
