- Free Ground Shipping is eligible for shipping addresses in the lower 48 US States only.
Order Processing Times
In-stock orders placed before 2:00PM EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. In-stock orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.

Orders containing items on backorder will NOT ship until all product(s) are available. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order, but may be subject to additional shipping charges due to the split shipments.

Customers will receive e-mail notifications when your order is received and shipped. Customers may also check the status of their order by visiting our Order Status page. You can quickly find this link at the top of our website. *UPS uses tracking numbers and USPS uses Delivery Confirmation numbers. It's the customer's responsibility to perform the initial research for lost packages.

Shipping Address Corrections
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any potential address correction fees. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $6.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS and USPS and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.
Military APO/FPO Shipping
USPS Priority mail is the only method we use to ship to an APO or FPO address. And, although we are happy to ship to our men and women overseas, the US Postal Service will NOT provide delivery confirmation for such packages. It is at the risk of the customer to have a package sent to an APO address. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no way of proving delivery, nor tracking the package. On rare occasions our experience has shown that it could take 4-12 weeks for a package to reach its APO destination. Safety Glasses USA cannot be responsible if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until such time that the customer provides us with an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a 2nd shipping charge. *If you are unsure of these terms, may we suggest you have the package sent to a domestic address first for you to have forwarded to the APO or FPO location.
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes or tariffs beyond our control. International customers are responsible for these fees if incurred, they will NOT be included in the shipping price. Please see our International Sales Policy below for more details. We reserve the right to cancel any international order for any reason.

- International orders are required to pay via major Credit Card, PayPal, or Wire Transfer.
- Wire Transfer payments will have a $50 fee applied to the order.
- Purchase orders are not accepted.
Duties, Taxes and Tariffs:
Purchaser is responsible for paying all tariffs, taxes or other import fees that may be required. These costs are not included in the estimate and are beyond our control.

If the products you require are out of stock we will let you know when they are expected to be available. International orders will only be shipped complete.
