The tops of my ears start to burn and ache after about an hours use, so the comfort isn't the greatest, and I wear a 7 1/8 size hat. I would also say the picture is slightly deceiving, in that the glasses are NOT clear like the picture. They have a very slight tint to them. So be careful if your work absolutely requires a clear lens. Other than that, very durable and totally worth every penny I spent!!! And just as a tip, all safety glasses come with a free pouch. So don't do what I did and order a pouch only to discover my free pouch AND my purchased pouch, haha!
