I bought and tried a whole bunch but liked these the most. I was a bit surprised that these were good because they looked like cheapos that wouldn't fit and wouldn't last, but the fit is great and with a bit of care, they'll last at least as long as my expensive sport glasses. Two warnings: the fit is quite close to the face. My eyelashes will brush the inner surface when I push them tight. This leads to some fogging when I stop at intersections but they clear quickly with just a little airflow. Secondly, the hinges are set quite tight but as long as you're careful about holding it close to the hinges as you open or close the earpieces, it'll be fine. If you don't, they may break. I haven't had them long enough to comment on scratching the surfaces Pyramex Ztek Safety Glasses with Silver Mirror Lens71 eldoradoDecember 4, 2010I work at a shop that requires safety glasses so I where them close to 14 hours a day, 6 days a week and about 10 hours on Sundays when I am working on my 71 Eldorado. I never go anywhere without a pair and I have been wearing the Pyramex Ztek brand safety glasses for at least 5 years now and I have no complaints about the fit or function of these glasses. I do see one weak spot on them and have had a few that met there demise due to this spot and it is at the end of the ear piece cover. if you slide the cover back a little then you can see that the piece under that cover is small and can break if you catch it right but if your like me and you keep a few scratched old pair then you can just switch out the side piece and you back in business. Over all I really do like these glasses and I will continue to buy these and tell me friends to do the same.
