You can adjust the temple length and the lens pitch (angle) and once adjusted to a custom fit it stays that way. These are lightweight and the temple piece is a thing of beauty in terms of how comfortable it is and keeping the glasses in place without pinching your nose at all yet secure. I have tried many different safety glasses over the years and these are hands-down the best in terms of comfort. I like the style too! Planning to order a bunch more to have on hand in case they discontinue this style. Absolutely love these glasses! So far I have never had a pair of Pyramex that I did not like but these are even better than the rest!
