Slight gap between the frame and lens leading to additional dust infiltration and adding to bulk. My biggest issue however, is that the goggle has a rather wide and bulky fit, which doesn't hug or more naturally conform to the sides of my headtemples like sunglasses, which is most likely due to having the option of interchangeable lenses to the base frame.
I have no issue with place of manufacture (Made in Taiwan, which is better than China). Ultimately, the fit is lacking and there is no way I'd have been able to discern fitment until having received and tried out, which I did during a four day field training exercise nearly two weeks ago. The pouch isn't a deal breaker, though could be better for protection of the multiple lenses and access for changing out. Otherwise, just the fit as mentioned, and because of that, I would not have bought had I known they would fit as such. I may have to find three different sets with the same lens color options and style, just in a non-interchangeable format to provide that more streamlined fit, which I had years ago of an unknown make. I picked these up for various tasks where I need to keep dust, debris, snow, rain, etc. out of my eyes. They work very well as goggles for mowing the lawn. I haven't had much call to use them otherwise. When used as goggles, they do well at sealing around your face and keeping out dust. They feel a little odd when worn as glasses because of the foam that seals them to your face in goggle mode. Changing the lenses can be a little frustrating getting them lined up right with the frame. The kit comes in a bulky pouch designed for belt carry or to be clipped to something. Getting the various parts out of the pouch is a little tricky as the zippered opening is small. Overall, the product feels a bit cheap, but it does the job. It's a good buy if you're looking for cheap, interchangeable lens safety glassesgoggles.
I bought these, because I used to have a set of Wiley-X glasses, and missed the feel and versatility. I wasn't a bit disappointed with these, and most definitely easier on the wallet! Thanks!!
