Oakley makes a distinction between Accessory lenses and Replacement lenses. Accessory lenses are those which are intended to add to an existing model that allows for the easy switching of lenses. Popular styles in this group are the M-Frame, Half Jacket, Flak Jacket, Radar, Jawbone, Split Jacket, Enduring, and Commit. Replacement lenses are those that are intended to literally replace another set of lenses in a frame that doesn't necessarily allow for the quick or easy interchanging of lenses. These are usually full-framed models: Gascan, Oil Rig, Fuel Cell, etc. That said, we have chosen to keep it simple and call them all Replacement lenses.

All Oakley lenses are tested to meet ANSI high velocity and high impact standards. However, please note that only the Industrial M-Frame and SI M-Frame are marked with ANSI Z87.1-2010. Thus, while all other Oakley styles surpass these standards, we cannot endorse them as industrial safety glasses as they are not marked.
