ESS Crosshair Replacement Lenses
At ESS, superior function comes standard. The ESS Crosshair™ exceeds ANSI Z87.1-2010optical standards and U.S. Military impact requirements while providing all-day comfort and a universal fit. This entry-level eyeshield goes well beyond the basic necessities of performance eye protection: with a baseline of advanced technology and superb adaptability, the Crosshair™ benefits from complete compatibility with the ESS Cross-Series™ eyeshield platform.
Replacement lenses for the Crosshair™ eyeshield are built from extra-thick, 2.4mm high-impact polycarbonate that provides 100% UVA/UVB protection. The Crosshair's DedBolt™ Lens Locksystem allows for rapid lens interchange. The ToughZone™ lens coating protects both sides of the lens with a scratch-resistant treatment. ESSOPTICS™ provide distortion-free optical clarity throughout the entire field of view. Crosshair™ replacement lenses are available in Clear, Smoke Gray, Hi-Def Yellow, and Hi-Def Copper. All Crosshair™ replacement lenses include a black nosepiece. As part of the ESS Cross-Series ™ eyeshield platform, all Crosshair™ components are compatible and fully interchangeable with the ESS Crossbow ™and ESS Suppressor ™. For example, you can upgrade to premium Crossbow™ anti-fog lenses--including ANSI-rated Polarized--or adapt for hearing protection use with the ultra-thin Suppressor™ frame.
