Welding protection with IR Green shades, Cobalt, or other very dark lenses is NOT to be worn while operating moving vehicles, bicycles or any such apparatus, particularly on the road, as these shades can significantly impair one's ability to see traffic signals adequately or accurately. Can't adjust it, and since there aren't adjustable nosepieces, there are great big gaps between the goggles and nose. I wouldn't use this as protection from bright light sources because of the poor fit. I was worried about them fogging up (the last few goggles I worn have fogged no matter the temp). I have worn these in the cold and heat, in doors and out. But dang these are great. with both a quality elastic adjustable strap, or you can swith to the optional ear stems, which are included and I didn't expect. They do the job wonderfully. I may just buy another pair to have around in case. comfortable, convenient to use, and a damn good value. I do wish they would come with a bi-focal option though. while my glasses do work on the experior of the glasses, it would be nice to have a bi-focal option.
