Instructions for FREE SHIPPING.
- Place an order of $100 or more.
- Select UPS Ground or US Priority Mail as your shipping method.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA ON ORDERS OF $100*- Free Ground Shipping is only valid in the 48 Contiguous United States & APO/FPO Addresses.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands will be charged normal shipping rates.
- Orders under $100 will be charged normal UPS or USPS rates.
- The "FREE" shipping method will be either UPS or US Mail.
- Delivery times cannot be guaranteed for Free Shipping orders, however every attempt will be made to process your order within 24 business hours.
- You will receive a UPS Tracking Number or USPS Delivery Confirmation number when your order ships.
- *Free shipping does NOT apply to quotes or orders with special pricing, unless specified by SGUSA.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CORRECTIONS
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid a $10.00 address correction charge. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $10.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS and USPS and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.
Return Policy with Free Shipping Orders
All returns made on orders which received free shipping will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee (not to exceed $6.00). All other terms and requirements for returns still apply. Return Policy
