Free Shipping Policy: Free shipping applies to all orders over $100 being shipped to the lower 48 United States address.  Orders under $100 will be charged actual UPS rates (you pay what we pay) based on order weight and destination zip code.  Free shipping is done via ground service through a carrier of our choice.  Free shipping does not apply to customers in AK, HI, PR or international destinations, however we do offer affordable shipping rates to these locations.
Manufacturer's Warranty Issues: Every manufacturer that we represent has their own warranty specifications depending on the product. Please call us for any possible manufacturer warranty issues. We will be happy to look into the matter for you, or refer you directly to the manufacturer for resolution.
Return Policy: For all the items you do not like, were not what you expected, or that did not fit: Item(s) and packaging must be returned in like new condition.
  • Step 1: Call our toll free number (1-800-870-6189) within 10 days of your order to receive an RMA Number.
  • Step 2: Package item with all packaging material and copy of your packing slip with your RMA Number.
  • Step 3: Ship package through carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number) to:

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless damaged or shipped incorrectly. A restocking fee of 10% or up to $150 will also be deducted from the refund amount if no reorder is placed at the time of return.
Canceling An Order: Please contact us ASAP as we ship most of our orders the same day. Once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order, the customer must return the order for a refund. The above rules will apply.
Address Corrections: When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct.  An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $10 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address.  In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.
International Orders: We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation.  Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to.  By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
