Return Policy
As fellow online shoppers we understand that sometimes you end up ordering items that you do not like, were not what you expected, or that did not fit. For those reasons Safety Glasses USA has implemented a fair and easy to follow return policy.

Important Return Guidelines:

  • No returns on merchandise advertised as "Clearance" or "Discontinued"
  • An RMA number MUST be obtained. See instructions below.
  • Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
  • Item(s) and packaging must be returned in like new condition. Safety Glasses USA reserves the right to determine if the product meets like new condition.
  • RMA numbers expire after 30 business days.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless the items were damaged or shipped incorrectly.
  • A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount if no reorder is placed at the time of return.
  • An order designated as a “Special Order” (e.g. Laser glasses, imprinted products, orders of significantly large quantity or value) cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturer's defect. The customer will be advised if an order or quote is considered a “Special Order” before the order is processed.

Instructions For Returning Items to Safety Glasses USA:

  1. Call us toll free at 1-800-870-6189 within 10 days of receiving your order to receive an RMA Number.
  2. Package item with all packaging material and copy of your packing slip.
  3. Write your RMA Number on the exterior of package as shown in the example below.
  4. Ship package through carrier of your choice (we recommend you obtain a tracking number) to:

Order Processing Times
In-stock orders placed before 2:00PM EST Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. In-stock orders placed after 2:00PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.

Backorders
Orders containing items on backorder will NOT ship until all product(s) are available. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order, but may be subject to additional shipping charges due to the split shipments.

Order Updates & Tracking Numbers
Customers will receive e-mail notifications when your order is received and shipped. Customers may also check the status of their order by visiting our Track Your Order page. You can quickly find this link at the top of our website. *UPS uses tracking numbers and USPS uses Delivery Confirmation numbers. It's the customer's responsibility to perform the initial research for lost packages.

Shipping Address Corrections
Please verify that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in undeliverable packages, or delays. If your address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any potential address correction fees. If the shipping address needs to be changed after your package has left our warehouse, a minimum $6.00 reroute or reshipping fee will be assessed. This charge is assessed by UPS and USPS and unfortunately must be passed along to you, our customer. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are charged this fee in error, please contact us immediately so we can dispute the charges with the package carrier.

Military APO/FPO Shipping
USPS Priority mail is the only method we use to ship to an APO or FPO address. And, although we are happy to ship to our men and women overseas, the US Postal Service will NOT provide delivery confirmation for such packages. It is at the risk of the customer to have a package sent to an APO address. Once it leaves our warehouse, we have no way of proving delivery, nor tracking the package. On rare occasions our experience has shown that it could take 4-12 weeks for a package to reach its APO destination. Safety Glasses USA cannot be responsible if the service member or end user has been relocated and the package becomes undeliverable. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, it will be held until such time that the customer provides us with an updated address. Such packages may be subject to a 2nd shipping charge. *If you are unsure of these terms, may we suggest you have the package sent to a domestic address first for you to have forwarded to the APO or FPO location.

International Shipments
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes or tariffs beyond our control. International customers are responsible for these fees if incurred, they will NOT be included in the shipping price. Please see our International Sales Policy for more details. We reserve the right to cancel any international order for any reason.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are all 3-day shipping via USPS Priority Mail.

Payment:

  • International orders are required to pay via major Credit Card, PayPal, or Wire Transfer.
  • Wire Transfer payments will have a $50 fee applied to the order.
  • Purchase orders are not accepted.
  • Duties, Taxes and Tariffs:
    Purchaser is responsible for paying all tariffs, taxes or other import fees that may be required. These costs are not included in the estimate and are beyond our control.
