They work great.Highly recommend them. I do not understand why these are not more readily available, the medical supply houses do not really have a good selection if they carry them at all! I would have given these 5 stars, but the plastic material used is relatively soft and can scatch/mar fairly easily. At this price, you can afford to just buy more. I bought four just to figure out the correct diopter uder the lighting conditions I use and I plan to purchase a variety of frames in that strength. The wrap-around styles just weren't as sharp. The adjustable frame seems like it will fit anyone from pinheads to fatheads. I'm going to order a few other models then I will have tested 90% of the basic model/brands.
