They fit well over my regular glasses which are just over 8.5" wide including the earpieces. I was concerned that they wouldn't fit, but happily, they do with no problem. The ear pieces are comfortable, and the rims do not interfere with my line of sight at all. The nose piece does not even touch my nose, very comfortable. I literally forgot I was wearing them. Very well engineered and worth every penny. One additional note regarding fit: A co-worker tried them on and didn't like the fit. Due to having a wider nose at the nostrils, the rim of the glasses was rubbing up against her nose. So, these would not be perfect for everyone, but they work very well for me.
