I have a wide eyeset and at first I bought the larger size but I've found the medium fits fine over my metal frame glasses and still gives my eyes ample protection from the sun. The amber is best for fishing deep mountain lakes and clear mountain streams. I also prefer the amber for clarity while driving. They start weighing down on my nose into a long day of fishing but the benefits, being able to see the fish, outweigh the discomfort. I lose sunglasses a lot so I prefer these low cost polarized glasses. Well worth the money! Try them!
