Wiley-X XL-1 Advanced Ballistic Safety Sunglasses with Matte Black Frame and Light Adjusting Smoke Grey Lens4DanielMay 18, 2011This is the first pair of sunglasses that I've ever owned for two years and not lost / destroyed. I wear them daily as sunglasses, range safety glasses, on my motorcycle, and even at my side job of cutting trees. They are very comfortable and with the foam insert and goggle strap, do a great job of keeping the bugs, gravel, and sand out of my eyes while on the bike. The light adjustment lens didn't get a dark as I wanted so I did buy the regular tinted lenses as well. The light adjusting are great from dusk till dawn, but when the sun is fully out I would suggest the tinted lenses. After two years of constant abuse, the rubber sides are wearing off, the nose piece has come loose and the lenses have some scratches - but I couldn't be happier.

They are great all around glasses that work in multiple environments. The light adjusting works well at all times of day. I found them to be a particular use at dawn and dusk where there is enough light to bother your eyes but not enough to need full blown tinted lenses.

Only problem I have with the is, when I sweat, the sweat runs betwen the air cut outs and gets in my eyes. But overall great product.
