The arm rips out hair from the side of your head when you take them off. Not pleasant. It is also impossible to wear a ponytail or bun at work without putting your hair back up again everytime you take these glasses off. I use them for bicycling in the cold and dark. The temples make it a little more awkward to use an eyeglass-mounted mirror than with other glasses, but otherwise they are outstanding. The nose-pads aren't my favorite, but I think they are going to be OK. The glasses keep rain and grit out of my eyes and don't fog up in cold and damp weather.
